Our client, located near Castalia, Ohio is seeking a Compensation Manager with a collaborative spirit and a consultative approach to compensation analysis and program implementation.
Responsible for developing, reviewing and maintaining its compensation program for all of its US and Canadian locations. Performing job and market analysis, equity reviews, jobs database administration and merit process.
Must have a minimum of five years developing, implementing and administering compensation programs including surveys, pay structures, adjustments, merit and incentive planning; with extensive knowledge of market pricing, compensation structure design, databases, Excel and HRIS. Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills are also required. Some travel required.
Bachelor Degree in human resources, accounting or business administration is required.
