Our client, a community-oriented, customer focused financial institution is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its team and serve as the face of its Brattleboro, Vermont branch.

Responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the branch.  Developing new and maintaining current business, customer and community relationships and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.  Overseeing the branch team, mentoring, training, developing and supporting the culture of the organization.  Overall hands-on operations responsibility.

Must have outstanding communication, leadership and computer skills with a proven background in a financial environment.   Extensive, company specific training will be provided.  Some travel will be required during training and afterward.

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of management experience in a financial institution or financial services environment or combination of education and experience is required.
